Download above files.
Will not work without this step: Extract the font files (S18rm04p.dat, s20rm04p.dat, s24rm04p.dat, s26rm04p.dat in the dpfont\ folder) from Crazy Taxi 2.. or get them from a different version of the DreamPassport.
Binhack and scramble the 1st_read.bin.
Unzip the two english translated files into the DPETC\ folder.
Follow standard echelon self-boot method from here, using IP.BIN provided in the archive.
